Queing for living

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The ques in front of ticket windows are getting longer day by day. No doubt, the railways have introduced coupans, cards but the ques for using these services are too getting longer and longer. What may be the reason for this? Is it the population influx? Ticket windows too less ? Are the common people aware of the facilities? Do they find them difficult to use?
Probably our railways have already done a market survey on this, hopefully! But one question comes to my mind..always....
Are people ready to invest in railway coupans, cards at a time? Do they afford? Ofcourse, I am not talking about people who don't have time to stand in the ques so the railways offer them the priviledge of buying journeys without standing in the ques with the commoners. I am not talking about the people who can buy journeys at ticket windows as intruders. These intruders are highly revered by railway since they travel by first class, they give railway a lumpsum amount at a time by buying bunch of coupans. Commoners or masses may please stand in the ques patiently because if they dont have money they better have time . Yes that is the logic it seems.......if you have money you are a priviledged class and if you dont have better work on your patience. Because ques will remain forever and everywhere; atleast in Mumbai.... outside temples, outside laterines, outside hospitals, outside ATMs, at busstops...you name a place here. Mumbaites sort of behave like robots once they are in the crowd, they automaticaly start forming ques. So...fortunately after death no forming of ques for getting cremated or buried ......whatever...who bothers ..that is relatives' botheration! Want to save them the trouble? yes , because there is shortage of crematoriums, land scarcity etc etc. Donate your bodies...fill out the forms immediately...there is a big waiting list, though your soul has set free your body may have to wait in a QUE!
